Joe Totten

Joe Totten has been writing professionally for more than 20 years, creating entertaining advertising campaigns for some of the most well-known companies in the country including Intel, Microsoft and Verizon. In 2016, Joe won the State of Utah's Writing Contest for his short story The Starling Killers. The Law of Capture is his first work of fiction.
