Donna A. Bacon Ph.D.

Donna has advised and coached employees and job candidates for nearly twenty years. She was an analytics manager for a telecom leader for almost a decade, then transitioned to executive recruiting in the analytics field where she worked with job candidates at all levels of experience across many industries. Throughout her career, Donna supervised teams; recruited, interviewed, and hired staff; and coached many employees through career development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from La Salle University and her master’s degree and doctorate in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
