Elizabeth keebler

I was born June 3, 1980, in Fort Benning, Georgia two years after my sister. We come from a proud military family which encouraged me to join myself. I served in the Army and the Army National Guard. My home is Texas where I have raised 3 wonderful boys into remarkable gentlemen. Being their mother has pushed me to constantly become better than I was raised and reach limits I thought I would never reach. They are actually the reason I became an author. I started writing poetry in middle school after losing a friend to a car accident to better process my emotions. As I moved up in school, I started feeding my desire to write short stories. When my children were older, I shared my stories with them and the fact that my stories brought them joy they said I should publish them and offered more suggestions for future works. Having my children caused a spark to ignite within me to share my work with the world and to hopefully inspire others to never give up on their dreams no matter what life throws at them.
