Jovis (the stage name is made up of his actual name parts) studied visual communication in Münster. His professional career has been that of a creative doer in the media. He became a television designer at an early age and supervised well-known TV stations, among other things in their on-air promotion. He also created commercials for agencies. These 'little' stories, the compressed representation of visual messages, required a good sense of dramaturgy and scenography. This is also the reason for his cinematic narrative style as an author when he decided to bring the fragments of an idea together for the first time in a novel. "I just want to tell good stories. My wish is to write a complex, multi-layered story so exciting that the reader doesn't want to put the book down," says Jovis. He wants to inspire his readers with it.
And he succeeded immediately with 'BOYD Katharsis', his first novel about the hit man Aaron Boyd, which has already got off to a very successful start. Now the second part of the exciting trilogy follows with 'BOYD Nemesis'.
