Zet Rocks was born (1970) overseas while his father served in the US Army. He grew up in Houston, Texas and at an early age, developed a passion for Texas History and the military in general.
He has served in both the US Marine Corps and Texas State Guard. Zet has worked in various fields over his lifetime including personal protection, private investigations, surveillance, and over the last decade, fitness and healthcare. He holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science from University of Houston, and Masters degrees in both Occupational Therapy and Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and University of Texas, respectively. He has been involved in various martial arts over the years, but his true passion is Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He has been involved in jiu-jitsu off and on for 20 years, and is currently a purple belt.
Besides jiu-jitsu and fitness activities, he enjoys over-landing in his modified Toyota Tacoma, obstacle course races, scuba diving, geocaching, shooting, and reading.
