Jeffrey S. Deckman

Jeffrey Deckman is an award-winning serial entrepreneur who has spent over thirty-five years founding and building companies—two of which became multi-million-dollar firms in the tech- nology sectors.

In 2005 he founded Capability Accelerators as a way to help business owners and executives take their organizations and leadership teams to the next level using twenty-first century processes. He is the creator of the "Bigger Know Principles of Leadership" method of 21st century leadership; the Conscious Leadership Conference and is a co-founder of the Seeking Wisdom initiative.

His entire career has been spent in the trenches and has spanned from the front lines to the front office as he rose from being a lineman, tower worker and field engineer to the CEO of his telecommunications integration firm. He has built nonprofits, political organizations, and was a founding partner in a twenty-first century think tank. He has also been appointed by three Rhode Island governors to serve on economic development and workforce development initiatives.

Jeffrey is a stage 4 cancer survivor who has been a dedicated student of the Eckankar and Taoist teachings for decades, including having studied extensively under a shaman for twelve years. He is a Level II Reiki practitioner, a certified practitioner of restorative justice, and is the founder of The Conscious Leadership Conference.

He is an innovative thought leader in the development of the new conscious leadership and organizational design models in demand by the modern worker in the modern workplace in the modern knowledge economy.
