Kenny Borgas

Kenny Borgas is of Puerto Rican descent and is bilingual in Spanish. He is originally from Willimantic, CT. and currently resides in Orlando, Fl. He has worked as a School Psychologist for over 20 years within the public school system and in private practice. Kenny is considered an expert in the psychoeducational assessment of English language learners (ELL) and information-processing as it occurs within public education. Kenny's research interests are in neuroplasticity, working memory, gifted assessment, and quantum mechanics and consciousness.
