Tom studied Organisational Behaviour in London before entering the Human Resources profession for organisations in the retail, automotive and not for profit sectors. Tom is Founder and Co-Director at Inky Thinking, and Founder of Russell Sewell Limited. Tom lives in Northumberland, United Kingdom with his family.
