ARON SMITH

Aron Smith, born and raised on the south-east coast of the state of Florida actually in miami in 1976. Maniacally passionate about sport since he was a child. An agonist in everything he tried.

At the age of 15 immediately took his first steps in the gym where he was already the strongest of his friends. He devoted all his efforts to studying and he early graduated in motor sciences which allowed him to take his first steps as a coach. Unsatisfied with the various trophies won by his students, he continued his studies in order to improve his knowledge to become" a coach at 360 degrees".

So he decides to obtain the second degree, this time in food science hungry to achieve the best for himself and his guys.

At the age of 30, he obtained a lot of awards a researcher as well as improving the study of body composition. Althought his very short-tempered character he loves to help others.

At the age of 40 he participated behind the scenes in various world and international competitions, obtaining many trophies.

He entered the world of sports literature because he believes and wants to spread what for him is a fundamental point of life "healthy body, healthy mind".
