Brian Merrill

Brian Merrill is a middle school teacher living in Northern Maine. He and his wife Cara, who is also a middle school teacher, live on Saint Froid Lake and enjoy kayaking and spending time outdoors. Brian grew up in Searsport, Maine and began his teaching career there, coaching numerous sports, before moving to Aroostook County in 2012. A life-long Red Sox fan, Brian also enjoys reading, playing cribbage, playing with his pugs, spending time with his grandson Sawyer, and photography. He also writes under a couple of pen names: R.M. Briar, T.H. Washington, and B.R. Meryll.
