Paula Bejarano

Geek, explorer, Lego-lover...Paula Bejarano emigrated from Colombia to the US to become a NASA rocket scientist. Thirsty for an international career, she designed satellites for the European Space Agency in The Netherlands and flew in helicopters to drilling rigs in the middle of the North Sea.

Exposure to the energy industry led this engineer-at-heart and business woman to pursue a more sustainable and innovative path at Tesla, where she learned about electrification and autonomous vehicles. Now inspired, curious, and determined, she’s decided to continue her journey in this new high-tech automotive revolution.

Paula holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering, respectively. After completing her MBA at Georgetown University, she joined The Mobility House, as an Operations Manager. She's lived on four different continents, and besides Spanish and English, she has also mastered the Dutch language. She currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
