Dr. Powell is the CEO of Powell Therapy Solutions, LLC, a certified and licensed Autism Specialist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology, a Certified Sexologist, a Certified Assistive Technology Specialist, an honoree for The International Society in Psychology (PSI- CHI), a member of the Tolland Chamber of Commerce, a business coach for small business and large corporate companies, a published researcher, podcaster, TV Show Host and an author.

She has won numerous awards for her work in the field of autism and currently works with teen and adult patients diagnosed with autism in Connecticut.
