Marcus Fields

Washington, D. C. native Marcus Fields has been an Entertainer since Elementary to High School attending The Duke Ellington School for The Performing Arts as outlets of survival and escapism from the harsh reality of living in the housing project tenements of South Eastern sector of Washington, D. C. "Growing up I've had my life threatened multiple times with everything from a shank (knife) to an AK 47. God put this production upon my heart because the youth of the hood have a story to tell and in the end… we all gotta go (die) at some point. So, I want to let it be known that there is a better 'Way'. I managed the building that I lived in on Hobart Place while attending classes across the street at Howard University." He later stared in multiple Gospel stage productions throughout the greater metropolitan Washington area before moving to Los Angeles, California. Mr. Fields has worked in television, film, as as Hollywood Event Producer and several years through Island/Def Jam (West). He claims that his talent is a “blessing from God” that follows him wherever he goes... "It's not the location... its' the person. It's not the person yet rather the anointing" he stated.
