I started out in the medical field in the 2000's and quickly realized that there are major flaws in America's healthcare system. My new journey from there included health and wellness research. Mostly diet and foods, which seem to be the common culprits in most health-related problems or diseases.

I work in the Washington D.C. area and write books on health, diet, nutrition and wellness in general without "Big Pharma." I also have a clinic that specializes in health and wellness in the D.C. area.
