Tabor Trabold

My name is Tabor and I am an author & illustrator of children’s books! I was born and raised in Colorado, and to quote the famous Dorothy Gale, “there’s no place like home”! I spent the majority of my adult life working in either customer service or behind a desk, and in 2015 I was fortunate enough to be able to leave my job and stay home with my (then infant) daughter. Fast forward to 2019: my daughter is about to enter kindergarten (omg!) and we have been blessed with a sweet boy who is now one.

I have always wanted to write a children’s book, and this was the year I finally did it! One of my goals for 2019 is to give more to charities, but that‘s a bit of a challenge with just one income. I decided to start writing books, not only as a means to express my creativity and make a quality finished product that kids will actually enjoy, but also so I could earn some money for our family and for charities that are important to me.
