Silvia Bajardi

Silvia Bajardi has graduated in Computational Linguistics and has a MSc in Machine Translation and another one in Digital Media. Her love of words, languages and communication has given her a strong foundation for what she’s deeply passionate about.

As a well-traveled Italian who moved from various countries from Europe to Asia and finally landed in the “New World,” she realized that “having the syndrome” was a constant for all women around the globe. She tried to cure it by founding the American chapter of the Syndrome project, originally started in Italy as a way to give women a voice through humor and satire.

She’s the Directress of The Syndrome Mag, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness of gender equality issues. Thanks to funny memes published daily on the social media and real stories written by women on the online magazine, she’s working hard to spread the Syndrome worldwide.
