For the first 20 years of her career, Julia worked as a "Global Executive" and helped companies grow by expanding into new geographic markets. She successfully exited the startup world twice. After a bad car crash in 2008, she became a licensed therapist. Her work now focuses on Founding Teams and Human Behavior. Currently, she is a CoLecturer of Data and Insights at Columbia University's SPS school.
