Daniela Simone

Dr Daniela Simone is a Lecturer in Law at University College London, where she is also a Co-Director of the Institute of Brand and Innovation Law. Dr Simone holds BCL, MPhil and DPhil degrees from the University of Oxford. Prior to moving to the UK, she was awarded a BA/LLB (Hons I) degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and worked as a lawyer for a global commercial law firm in Sydney, Australia.
