Patrice Lefebvre

Patrice Lefebvre is the author of Saying Yes: An International Love Story, a memoir and Amazon bestseller and finalist in the Independent Author Network Book of the Year Awards — the true story of meeting her husband Pierre's cartoon character in a 3D online world at fifty, and following her heart from Seattle to Ottawa to begin again. She lives there now with Pierre, their puggle Kimchi, and a Norwegian forest cat named Teeka.

For the past decade, she has worked one-to-one as a life coach, supporting sensitive, self-aware people in finding their way back to themselves after years of taking care of everything and everyone else. Her coaching draws on a background that includes massage therapy, hospice work, rape crisis volunteering, and a degree in psychology. She has been walking with people through their hardest chapters since 1982.
