Kris Macc

Kris Macc was born and raised in Tampa, FL. The title of her first book is #NoApprovalNeeded. In hindsight, that title seems very fitting for how she has approached many aspects of her life. She was raised by an independent, trailblazing, single mom. The combination of her strong-minded personality, with her mother's influence, led Kris to challenge the status quo and push established boundaries in life and at work.

Kris Macc is the founder and president of KMACC SOLUTIONS, a consulting firm specializing in emotional intelligence and leadership development in the workplace. As a consultant, speaker, and coach, she has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, non -profits, and universities.

Kris is an ambassador for #WeForShe (a non-profit created to help women business owners find funding). She is a leader of S.H.E. Tampa (Spiritual Healing Energy), a women's group that started in LA and Atlanta. She believes in the power of women supporting women!

Kris lives in Tampa with her family. She loves traveling and practicing yoga in her spare time.
