He and the Captive Audience PT & RT Team offer over three decades of Military and Government Intelligence, Special Operations, Investigation, and Trauma Informed Psychological Care. We are experts in survival, travel safety and security, anti-terrorism, crisis negotiations and support, supporting missing persons investigations and recoveries, supporting families and corporations through crises, and helping people stabilize after surviving a kidnapping, trafficking, terrorist incident, or disaster.

Billy spent a total of 26 years in the Army starting as a basic Army Combat Medic. Billy became a 19D Cavalry Scout after his first Active Duty Enlistment, and Volunteered for Special Forces in the middle of his Army career. Billy finished his career as a Special Forces (Green Beret) with tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and lots of other really awesome places. Billy spent another five years following his retirement as a Government Intelligence Contractor, deploying four additional times, three tours in Afghanistan and a tour in Germany. Billy spent much of his career specializing in Personnel Recovery and found himself in the middle of fighting to bring the missing home on almost every military and civilian tour.

Billy Jensen has not let any grass grow since retiring from the Army. Billy completed his Bachelors and Master’s Degrees from Norwich University, and became a Hostage Negotiator and Private Investigator. Billy and his Captive Audience PTRT Team then set out to fight the epidemic of human captivity.

Billy’s passion is to help bring people home from captivity and to find ways to combat those who exploit and enslave humans. Billy and the Captive Audience PTRT Team provide training to Missionary organizations, Overseas NGOs, members of the Press, Corporations, and Executives on Anti Kidnapping and Hostage Survival as well as offering recovery services to those already in trouble.
