T.J. SMITH (1946-present) is a retired engineer living in upstate New York. Tim loves the outdoors with golf, camping, fishing, and get-together barbecues with the family. "THE EVOLUTION OF BLACK AMERICA" is Tim's first effort at writing and self-publishing a book.
