Over the past 25 years, Liz has worked with thousands of individuals helping them to create more happiness, health, prosperity, balance, and meaning in their lives. In 2017, Liz was recovering from a significant and debilitating illness when she was encouraged to move to Key West by her partner for a healing sabbatical. Seven months after moving to Key West, her partner unexpectedly passed away from cancer. Liz's healing process was positively impacted by living in the Keys, and by taking and sharing pictures and positive thoughts on social media. She attempts to capture the soulful beauty of that which surrounds her and to share that with others in hopes that it might inspire then to also look at the joy, peace, love and beauty that is both around and within them. The photos in 'You Are Loved' were all taken during Liz's healing journey. What most people don't know is... they were all taken with her iPhone 7 Plus camera.

Liz has almost fully recovered from her illness and is still living in Key West. She has become even more passionate and focused on helping others live there best life now. Her hope is... that her speaking and training engagements, books, photos, and social media posts help to create a positive ripple of spreading more peace, joy, and love... <3
