For the last 30 years, Lucas has worked in the Highlands of Scotland at an undisclosed government installation that studies the secrets of Lost Civilisations, Forbidden Archaeology and other classified curiosities. His work has taken him all over the flat Earth and into the restricted chambers of the world's illuminati and even into the gutters and unliftable manhole covers where the less desirable lurk.

Now, retired from a life of espionage and eavesdropping, Lucas spends his days writing comedy science fiction and creating marvellous musical masterpieces on an Alesis Q49 keyboard and a battered 1910 Salvador Ibáńez ukulele.

In his spare time, Lucas collects Eight Track tapes, sewing machines and military memorabilia. For fun, he dances the Rumba and posts rare and valuable stamps to his friends and family; deeming them worthless. Seldom seen in public, Lucas hides in the shadows and has the ability to become invisible when behind a tall, potted, Swiss Cheese plant.
