John, a Libra, was born in Southern California in October of 1958. He is proud of the fact he was born on the same birth day as singer/songwriter John Lennon and director Guillermo del Toro.

Continuing on his path of knowledge and enlightenment, John attempts to channel his innermost thoughts and feelings into his ongoing passion for art and literature. He has several new books in the queue which he is anxious to complete. His past works include…

• “Beneath the Red Paint” – A non-fiction self-help book dealing with overcoming depression and suicide.

• “The Story of Cinnamon the Dragon” – A fantasy adventure about love, friendship and courage.

• ”Noir Tinted Goggles” - An anthology of art, poetry and short stories for adults.

• ”The Adventures of Sharkdolph” - Another fantasy adventure about acceptance, courage and friendship.

• “Slaygon” – A sci-fi role playing adventure video game for PC & Commodore Amiga computers; co-developed with James Oxley.

• “Day of the Viper” – The video game follow-up to Slaygon; also co-developed with James Oxley.

Additionally, he has compiled a catalogue of over 800 works of art covering spirituality, religion, sexuality, anime, fantasy & sci-fi and more. He also continues his explorations into the abstract with vivid color use as well as application of original mediums and techniques. When once asked why he used so much color in his pieces, he simply said “Because I can!”
