Betsy Noonan grew up in Perrysburg, Ohio. While raising a family of three boys along with her husband John, she has worked full-time for most of her adult life. Her twenty-eight-year career has been in real estate title work evolving into real estate sales. She is the middle child of three sisters. Her engaging personality and resourcefulness became her weapon in seeking the complexity of help needed for her firstborn.

David Stratso is a retired human resource professional. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a BSBA in industrial relations. The majority of his career was at the corporate level with a major Toledo-based Fortune 500 corporation. Following early retirement, he continued working in HR consulting, and brief periods as HR director with the former Medical College of Ohio and a manufacturing/engineering company in Bowling Green, Ohio, before fully retiring in 1999.
