Atreyo Mitra

Atreyo Mitra was born in 1994, in Kolkata, India. An early fascination towards World Cinema, Brit-pop music, and postmodern literature, fuelled Mitra’s attraction towards storytelling.

In 2017, Mitra graduated from Srishti Institute of Art, Design, and Technology with a major in Film. In 2018, Mitra continued his studies at Vancouver Film School with a focus in Screenwriting for Films, Television, and Games.

Canapé Collection: Laita is Mitra’s debut short story collection. Mitra is currently based out of Mumbai where he continues to work on his short stories and upcoming novels.
