David Lee Henley: Was born in 1954 in West Memphis, AR. He grew up moving from place to place as his father was a railroad signal maintainer. He spent three years in Germany in the Army. As a young boy working many jobs through his adult life as a machinist and an over the road truck driver, to name just a few has, being much in the public, and moving around the country, allowed him to witness life from many avenues and has giving him many topics from which to write about. He has spent his lifetime writing songs and poems which reflect these observations.
His first book, POEMS, LYRICS AND DIVERSE THOUGHTS, is a culmination of these works.
