Timothy L. Thompson

Timothy L. Thompson was born in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1967. His father was in the U.S. Air Force at the time, so he spent most of his childhood traveling from one place to the next. Tim has lived in Alaska, the Philippines, Arizona, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Kentucky and Illinois. If you ask Tim where he's from, he'll tell you "I'm from America."

He went to Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he studied history between 1984 and 1989. Except for 12 years in Owensboro, KY, he has spent the majority of his adult life in Tulsa. He went to The University of Tulsa College of Law and practiced for about 20 years as an energy attorney.

Today he is working as The Assistant Dean of Online Legal Education at The University of Tulsa while he works on his writing career. Tim loves dirt bike motorcycles, fishing, boating, movies and family.
