Sandra Hughes

Sandra Hughes is the founder of Integrated Lives, LLC d/b/a Life Reinvented, giving new and early-stage entrepreneurs the tools to turn big visions into profitable businesses with confidence and ease. She is an author and a course and program creator. She is an advisor to several nontech start-ups. She received her MBA from Santa Clara University with a concentration in Leading People and Organizations and her BA in Political Science from Wellesley College.

Sandra has comprehensive retail experience. She spent 12 years at Gap both domestically and in the United Kingdom in the real estate department. As Property Director for Gap in the UK, she was a key member of the executive team that formulated and executed the successful store-expansion strategy in the 1990s, including putting the Gap store in Piccadilly Circus where it sat for over 20 years and appeared in tourist pictures, television series, movies, and postcards, giving the brand unparalleled marketing exposure.

Today, Sandra is passionate about creating a supportive environment for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs. With 30-plus years’ experience in building businesses, leading teams, and mentoring, she has developed extensive skills in strategic planning, complex negotiations, hiring, mentoring, and building relationships inside and outside of organizations. She has used these skills on an international level by asking the right questions in order to understand the problems before strategizing the best solutions.
