Jacqueline M. Zalewski

Jacqueline M. Zalewski is a professor of sociology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She earned her PhD in sociology from Loyola University Chicago. She has researched the greater contingencies in work and the "in-house outsourcing" (internal outsourcing) of jobs in information technologies (IT) and human resources (HR) since 1999. Her recent book, Working Lives and in-House Outsourcing: Chewed Up By Two Masters, is based on interviews with IT and HR professionals experienced with the outsourcing of jobs.
