Terry Clark

Terry Clark is a Christian recording artist whose first national releases “WELCOME” & “MELODIES” were from Good News Records/Word in the late ‘70s, early ‘80s. After 16 solo projects, 60+ lead vocals on Maranatha!Music & Promise Keepers projects, Terry’s latest release “TUYO SOY” is an entirely Spanish project, accomplished with a whole lot of help from a few of his famous friends.

Terry’s music as well as his most recent project, his “accidental book” DISCIPLED BY JESUS, Matthew’s Personal Journal, are designed to lead the way to a transforming intimate conversation with our Heavenly Father, and Terry's life has been a process of forging that communication. His spiritual roots run deep in the Bible’s message and Christian music, but Terry stepped outside his upbringing and embarked on an international expedition of discovery in multiple military deployments. Finally, at the end of that expedition and of himself, humiliated to be a human being, he checked out.

In a psych ward in Munich, Germany, Terry heard a familiar voice. It was his childhood friend Jesus, whose reason for becoming a human being transformed Terry’s perspective. His dependencies shifted to the One who had answered the question: Is there a rational reason for being a human? A life of intimate, personal dependency on Jesus has produced 200+ songs and now the book, DISCIPLED BY JESUS - all portals through which anyone can discover and participate in that conversational relationship with our Creator-Father, His Son, and His Spirit dwelling inside each of us - forever.

Terry and his wife Nancy live in San Clemente, CA, and direct CATALYST PEOPLE, providing music, and biblical insights both recorded and in-person, designed to impact the hearer with the reality and gracious availability of our Creator-Father.
