Jackie has a unique perspective on education as she has been very involved in public, private and homeschooling education. She is the product of the California public school system (K-College), she was a homeschool mom, taught elementary and high school students in Christian schools and completed her Master of Education work in the public school system. She earned her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley and her M.Ed. from Liberty University. After teaching for 11 years, Jackie started her own consulting business to train and encourage teachers through professional development. She is a professional speaker who has spoken to audiences throughout the US and on numerous university campuses. She served as an education ambassador at the International Education Conference in Beijing, China.

Jackie lives in Texas with her husband of 34 years, John, and their corgi puppy, Sir Charles of Bark-ley (‘Charlie’ to his friends). They love college football, travel, ballroom dancing, singing in their church choir and running Disney ½ marathons with their kids. They have 4 adult children, John, Grace, Sarah and James and 2 new daughters-in-love, Emily and Katie. They are very excited to be expecting their first grandchild soon.

Jackie has also been an elder in her church and a bible study leader for decades and enjoys leading Christian women retreats, encouraging women to know the Bible for themselves and be powerful prayer warriors for their families and communities.
