Ian Jacklin is an Author, Filmmaker, Actor, and Fighter. A former world-contender kickboxing champion and black belt in Kenpo Karate with a blue belt in Gracie BJJ, Ian brings the mindset of a warrior to everything he does.

After a 20-year career in Hollywood—with starring roles in Death Match, Expert Weapon, and appearances on Days of Our Lives and Just Shoot Me—Ian shifted his focus from action films to real-life action: helping people reclaim their health.
