A Simmonds

A. Simmonds is a former classroom teacher who taught middle and high-school students for fifteen years, and the mother to three wonderful children. Currently she is a professor for novice teachers attending graduate school as well as an education consultant for the New York City Department of Education. Her love of writing and books began at age three when she fell in love with the Babysitter Club series by Ann M. Martin. The Curly World Girls series is her first published children’s book, and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she loved writing it!
