William Henshaw lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his family. He has travelled extensively while living and working in both Australia and New Zealand, and has visited almost all of the locations in his novels.

Writing has been a passion for many years. He is also a professional musician and has written and produced music for television and film.

Wiilliam reads widely, both fiction and non-fiction, and has a keen interest in history and science. Much like many of his characters, he is also interested in historical and scientific mysteries and anomalies.
