Diane M. Evans

Diane M. Evans was born in Kansas City, Kansas. Growing up she loved reading from the minute she learned how. It was that love of reading that inspired Diane to start writing children's books. Diane now resides in South West Missouri on a 10 acre homestead. She shares her home with her wife, Doris, and their 5 dogs Lily, Kash, Odie, Molly, Penelope and 4 cats, Peaches, Archie, Bojangles, and OJ. The series "The Adventures of Aubree and Molly" is based on the hilarious antics of Molly, a blue heeler/australian shephard mix. Aubree is the granddaughter of Stephanie Meador, the illustrator of the series. Aubree is a smart, sassy, caring little girl.

Diane and Stephanie set out on this journey hoping to give back to shelter animals and teach children compassion for animals as well as kindness, forgiveness, and the importance of hard work to get the things they want out of life.
