Melissa Brown

I am a Wife, Author, Poet Entrepreneur, Motivational Coach and New Jersey native who attended the Plainfield Public school system. I went on to pursue my educational and career goals attending Ashford University majoring in Business with a Minor in Psychology and a graduate of American Institute majoring in Business Administration. I also read write and recite poetry, participating in the local and virtual Open Mics in my spare time. I have a passion for helping others and I live to encourage and empower people, my poetry and affirmations can be found on my social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X)YouTube and TikTok. I am also goal oriented, determined and driven to acquire inner healing with the possibility of helping others in achieving the same goals. I also have published articles and poetry in Transformation 4 Real Magazine Publication by Founder and CEO Donna Ross. My mentors are my sister Franchesca Jackson and my Spiritual mother Bishop M. Laverne Ball. One of my favorite scriptures is 2nd Corinthians 12:9-10, 9: And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most will I therefore glory in my infirmities that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10. Therefore, I take pleasure infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, n persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: For when I am weak, then I am strong.
