A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Mike is a respected and accomplished international security and intelligence professional with over 30 years of combined military, CIA, Fortune 100 and private-sector experience serving corporations and ultra-high net worth principals and their families.

He has traveled to and operated in over 90 countries and lived abroad for more than a decade of his career, including 6 years in Germany as a special weapons and tactics instructor, undercover narcotics investigator within a trilateral unit and trained anti-terrorism driver for a protective detail. Later, he was a CIA Special Agent assigned to the Directors’ Protective Service (DPS) pre/post 9/11 and supported the CIA Protective Operations Cadre overseas.

Mike serves as VP of Safety and Security for an international land development company and continues to provide confidential advice and assistance to a diverse group of international clients.
