Amelia Sander

Amelia Sander is an award-winning Data-Driven Designer, User Experience (UX) Speaker, and Behavior Economist at Google in New York City. As a UX Expert at Google, she focuses on helping large companies 10X their conversions + connect humanely to their users.

She holds a law degree from American University Washington College of Law, a Masters of Strategic Design and Management from Parsons, and is in process of a further graduate degree and hopefully doctorate in Economics from The New School.

Amelia advises and delivers recommendations based on data-driven design to key stakeholders and C-level executives from high-growth to Fortune 500 companies. As a creatively driven leader, she empathetically listens, analyzes, and optimizes data strategies to influence positive change with large companies.

In a prior career, Amelia previously worked through the corporate mazes of NYC Big Law and Goldman Sachs. She has previously written “5 Tools for Data-Driven Design”, a handbook with readers across the U.S., Japan, Australia, India, and China, and multiple articles across Design and Technology publications.
