Keith Maxwell

Who am I you might be wondering? I live in Somerset, U.K. with my wife and a crazy cocker spaniel called Rosie. I have two grown up daughters, the eldest is a Primary School Teacher and the youngest has recently finished a BSc and MSc in Forensic Psychology. My wife is a History teacher - in fact the Head of History. Until recently, I was a Primary School Teacher - in fact our family is littered with teachers! The thing I loved most about teaching was reading and writing with my class. Now I am enjoying writing stories. I absolutely love Cornwall, so you'll find that Cornwall is the setting for many of my stories. I love reading, as I'm sure you do and I enjoy all sorts of sports. I am a proud Tottenham Hotspur fan and also follow Somerset County Cricket Club. I love dogs and plenty of other animals. I have always wanted to be a children's author - so for me this is like a dream come true!
