William Topchiev

William Topchiev is a writer, behavioral psychologist, economist, and artificial intelligence engineer.

As a Forbes columnist, he specialized in topics such as China, cognitive biases in consumer behavior, and the psychology of misjudgment. As a part of his research project on behavioral anomalies in ultra-concentrated groups, he spent more than five years in China.

William graduated from Columbia University in New York and Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He lives in Sydney, Australia.
