E. W. Barnes

E.W. Barnes writes science fiction and fantasy, loving equally adventures in time and space, along with magical journeys accompanying elves and dragons. Originally from Los Angeles, E.W. Barnes grew up outside of Washington, D.C., and when not reading all the mythical stories in the library, explored museums and soaked up history at monuments and battlefields along the east coast of the United States. Now retired from a legal career, E.W. Barnes lives in the Range of Light, which is what John Muir called the Sierra Nevada—where the deer and the antelope play and wild horses roam freely—with a spouse and offspring.
