Mark Buchan

Mark Buchan is a coach and consultant with a difference. In his career, he was one of the first UK based Agile coaches working with government departments helping them to adopt Agile practices for project management. Having spent over a decade working with Agile teams in a variety of industries including engineering and financial services, Mark went on to earn his masters in executive coaching from the prestigious Ashridge Business School. This change of focus was because he recognised that the reason most Agile transformations fail was because the organisational culture wasn't there to support it. He now works with leaders to help them deliver agile culture change using the model he describes in his book "Leaders, it's not how you finish ... it's how you start".
