Gurmeet Singh

An author of books on Spiritual System introduced to this world by Guru Nanak by way of Gurbani Hymns. The book contents are internally guided. The words are out of insights and internal dialogue. This needs to be explained first.

"The only True Guru is God. Such Guru guidance is always with us within. The level of Godly presence and the Created world are different. One a world of form while other formless. The presence is only felt within. The life with God is to be lived from within.

The Spirituality that Gurbani has introduced is for this era whereby the Human Conscious Awareness has the perception of True Reality. Gurbani asks ' to do Jap ownself and help others do Jap". (Jap is a different form of meditation). This Book is a sharing so that others can follow their path. This was the way I too received insights. The explanations in these books are more elaborate."

Being a born Sikh the Gurbani was part of our daily normal life. The serious involvement towards the Spiritual path with Jap started 30 years back. This was as a result of need to prevent a difficulty in career. Then the transforming thought was "as support of Guru God is there so why not follow the Gurbani way for life". The Sikh is a disciple of Guru God. I did not follow any living person as Guru. during the course of life have read a lot and also learned a lot. All along have been looking at information in the light of Gurbani Guidance. The first surprising experience when associating with Gurbani is increase in synchronous events that remove or explain doubts.

Always In my mind were the words of the Tenth Master Guru Gobind Singh that-

"if one wants to meet God then search the Shabad ( Gurbani Hymns)." There are no rituals, no pilgrimages and no giving up living the worldly life. The life has to be lived in Awareness and an aligned way of thinking.

The books reveal the way of Gurbani as a guide for everyone. It explains the Gurbani words that speak of True reality and to live free from fear and anxiety by being within.
