Kevin Monroe

Kevin Monroe is a retired municipal government official living in northeast Ohio. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mount Union and a masters degree in public administration from the University of Akron. He has been an advocate of civil rights his entire life. This advocacy has been flavored by a strong spiritual relationship with God.
