Ashish Marathe

Ashish Marathe is a Chartered Accountant based in Goa, India. He has spent 15 years in the corporate world in areas of Finance, Strategy, and Culture. Organizational culture has been an area he has been passionately interested in.

Ashish strongly believes that the most successful organizations are those that use their energies in the most efficient manner, and culture plays a huge role in this process. But Culture is never looked at as a 'function' in an organization - it normally takes shape by itself. This thought made him write his first book - 'The Theory of Culture'.

Ashish is happily married and has a 5 year old son.
