John Carney

John Carney is an adventure seeker, podcast host, keynote speaker, and author of Real Estate is a Team Sport: The 9 Players You Need to Profit. He grew up in a family of real estate developers and investors who bootstrapped their way to success. John’s number one value is hard work and he believes investors who build relationships with their teams generate the best results. Originally from Cleveland John moved to Melbourne, Australia, with his Australian wife in 2009, where he founded America Property Source and advised Australian property investors to accelerate their wealth through U.S. real estate investments. He moved back to his hometown of Cleveland in 2016 to work on multifamily development and source real estate investments for qualified investors.

John and his wife, Leah, are active, athletic parents who enjoy introducing their children, Xavier and Molly, to the outdoors, action sports, and travel. John’s an avid CrossFitter, competes in Spartan Races, and loves to ski and surf. He loves taking on the challenge of helping others succeed.
