G. Andrew Meschter

G. Andrew Meschter grew up in Collegeville, a small town on the outskirts of suburban Philadelphia. After college in Pennsylvania, graduate school in England, and two years living in Germany, he joined the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry - a Pennsylvania Army National Guard unit founded in 1774. With the Troop he deployed to Iraq (2006) and Egypt (2007/8) as a cavalry scout. He currently lives in the Philadelphia area, working as an author, adjunct professor, and asset manager.
