Joseph E. Vitolo

Joe was born in Manhattan, and grew up in the Bronx, New York. Studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He is a former Investigator, Court Officer, and a retired Court Administrator. Joe has now returned to acting and writing. He is currently working on another Dean Steele novel.
